We have an outstanding health and safety record that is a testament to our commitment to training our people and supporting the best systems and practices. As an employer, we feel it is our duty to communicate safe work procedures at our facility and on the job site. We cultivate safe working behaviours, run ongoing training and awareness sessions throughout the company and conduct regular risk assessments and safe work planning. We work with our clients to develop a site-specific safety plan for every project and conduct regular onsite toolbox meetings. These meetings highlight safe practices and address any safety issues that might arise.
