Our Occupational Health & Safety System is certified and accredited by WorkSafeBC, a certification body in British Columbia, Canada.

Safety is promoted at all levels of our organization. We are proactively committed to zero harm to the shop and all our worksites and take the health, safety, and welfare of all our staff, clients, consultants, visitors, and the general public very seriously. We have an excellent health and safety record that is a testament to our commitment to training our people and supporting the best systems and procedures. As an employer, we feel it is our duty to communicate safe work practices at our facility and on the job site. 

Our people have a dedicated focus on identifying all health and safety risks and issues and demonstrating behaviours conducive to a safe working environment. We run ongoing training and awareness sessions throughout the company and conduct regular risk assessments and safe work planning on all our work sites. We work with our clients to develop a site-specific safety plan for every project, and we conduct regular onsite toolbox meetings. These meetings highlight safe practices and address any safety issues that might arise.

We are particularly proud of our health and safety record, which is a direct result of our commitment to the training of our people and the support of the best systems and practices.
