Richard has thirteen years in the steel industry, starting as a welder and attaining his red seal in fabrication at a young age. During his years of service, he has moved up to shop foreman and enjoys seeing a project through from start to finish – especially seeing the team come together to get the job done.

When he is not working, Richard can be found on the water or in the mountains exploring with his wife & twin daughters.
