Paul Leadbeater

Paul has 30 years of experience in the steel industry, starting as a draftsman before becoming a Project Manager and then a Steel Estimator for the last 20 years.  He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the projects he’s involved in from small office buildings to rec centres, schools, hospitals, high rises and everything in between.  Whether it’s a small, simple structure or something big and complex, whether structural steel or miscellaneous, Paul prides himself on being detail-oriented, making sure everyone’s on the same page and nothing gets missed, and finding creative solutions to any problems that arise.  Paul enjoys building relationships with existing and new clients in order to bring projects from the estimating stage through fabrication, erection and to successful completion.

In his spare time Paul enjoys spending time with family and friends, running, playing/coaching soccer, and volunteering, particularly with youth.
